At Malfer & Associates, we believe in helping our community by supporting many local organizations. Our community is our home and we know it is important to make it a better place. In particular, our team has a special relationship with Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. We donate a portion of each home sale, have sponsored the play area in the Tom Watson Emergency Department and love to volunteer our time.

Malfer & Associates Book Donation House
Our team created this house to collect donations and also for the community to enjoy! We partnered with the Church of the Resurrection Bookmobile to collect books to donate to underserved areas in Kansas City. The program focuses on schools with at least 75% free and reduced lunch recipients.
Books needed: Popular Kids’ Books ages Pre-K to Sixth Grade. Gently used or new preferred!
On the other side of the house, there is a Little Free Library where you can enjoy a book swap. New location coming soon! We will share updates on our Instagram Page!
